They actually asked me if I thought the Landlord knew how old the opener was?? Ha! So I sent the local website a service request. I got a call almost immediately from Melody and scheduled the repair. Mike came within the given service window and fixed us up with a new keypad. And they haven't yet billed us for the new keypad. I'm impressed and Thankful!

When I called to get a quote to have a new garage door installed I was transferred to a sales rep's cell phone. Not that there's anything wrong with this, but it seemed as though this guy was a salesperson that works in the field, maybe from his car. At first the sales guy was nice and polite but then he started bashing the competition and telling me why I shouldn't go anywhere else. That drives me crazy. When I started asking honest questions about the differences in "the other guy's" doors and the ones he was selling he got frustrated and eventually said "you do whatever you want, but I have to go" and he then hung up on me. His sales pitch was so rough around the edges that it gave me the perception, whether accurate or not, that he was working on commission. I ended up buying from a different company. Jim read more

I got four bids to repair the damage to our attic insulation following last year's derecho. Two of the four companies tried to scare me into replacing all of the insulation even though there was no evidence of mold. One company thought that I had a hole in my roof even though we just had a new roof put on. Jeff was the only one who reassured me that the attic insulation did not need to be replaced and that I did not need to worry. He was also the only one who entered the attic through the garage access rather than going through the access inside the house which caused a lot of insulation to fall down into the hallway. None of the other companies cleaned up the mess after doing the estimate. Jeff's team that came out to blow the insulation in were very professional and efficient. While in the attic, Jeff fixed a loose board so that it would not cause someone to fall.I highly recommend Jeff and his team.
