My toilet has been clogged since Saturday and believe it or not, A+ Plumbing were the first plumbers to even want to come out and check the clog. We are new to the area so I went to the Yellow Pages for info, since there were hardly any reviewed plumbers. I started on the first page and started calling for estimates. See all those BIG fancy ads on the plumbers page? I called four of the biggest and not one came out. The first one said "Call me back and leave your info, I'll be by this afternoon." Nothing, he never came, he never called. I had one of the biggest shops give me advice on how to unclog the toilet MYSELF!! Oh Lordy!! Finally, I took a chance and called one of the plumbers with the small ad on the second page of shops. Bingo!!! I talked to Dave the owner who said his coworker Mark, would be out shortly. AND HE WAS THERE WITHIN THE HOUR. Eventually, Dave had to come out and work on the access pipe outside the house and within 3hrs of my phone call, my problem had been solved!!
