After getting to the store and giving my name and order number, the unfriendly manager told me that the shoes were being shipped to an address I haven't lived at for two years. I showed him the email confirmation that had the store information on it twice and he was less than helpful and kept implying that I got it shipped to that address. The only option was to cancel the order on shoes that are now out of stock. I'll never come to this DSW again. I understand accidents happen but the attitude on this manager is unacceptable.

My Dad was looking for some waterproof boots for a trip, and we found exactly what we were looking for in 5 minutes!! (Not to mention 25% off on boots what are the odds). The size and selection for this store is awesome, there were plenty of employees around the store who were friendly and helpful, the only thing is it can get a tad pricey. Still, I would come back here again, it's a great store in a great shopping center!
