I've been going here for the past two years and this is the only place I'll shop for any sneakers that I need--for myself as well as my kids. I mean new balance 880 guy but it was just introduced to the Brooks ghost. They're so soft in my feet! All the staff practice Covid protocol and are strict about enforcing saftey guidelines. I feel safe when I'm there. The staff is super helpful because not only do they measure your feet every time, they also provide multiple items for you to try and encourage you to walk around or outside for the best feel or fit. It takes a little getting used to, because the average sneaker store doesn't do that, but they are traditional/old-school. I love it! One observation is their prices aren't listed so you got to be careful because it's easy to spend a lot of money quickly. However, i've never returned, second guest, or was unhappy about anything. This is a gold mine in a gym for Delaware sports enthusiasts; particularly runners. I recommend this place if you need a good sneaker for doing anything in!

After I wore them, I realized they really did not fit me properly. I also did not have the box anymore. But I decided to go to the store and ask if there was anything they could do for me. I was very pleasantly surprised that they immediately said they would offer me a credit or an exchange . They didn't ask me any questions. They just said they would take the shoes back. I selected the same shoes and a half size larger and they are working out really well. This is an excellent example of how customer service should work. I will recommend this store and buy my shoes there from now on.

I started a fitting room with probably $600 worth of clothes. My daughter said she had to use the potty (again, she is 4) and I asked an employee if I could use their bathroom. The employee looked at us and dismissively said "we don't have public restrooms" and then said "you could try Fresh Market" (grocery store that is opposite side of the shopping center). This employee could see my daughter was uncomfortable so I left without another word. To any mom who has a rare window to shop, you know how difficult it is to do so with little kids in tow. Have YOU ever told a 4 year old to 'hold it' while you walk for 7 minutes to another store that *might* have a public restroom in the freezing cold?! I understand stores have a no public bathroom for a reason, I worked for 5 years in retail. However in my situation I would hope Lululemon would have the wherewithal to train their staff to recognize a stressful situation and make a small exception. If you can expect hardworking moms to pay $150 for a pair of pants, but not even grant them an exception to use your restroom, shame on you. I left the store so disappointed and embarrassed and I am prepared to never, EVER give Lululemon another penny which is a shame, because today they lost out on a sale from a loyal customer today. You're not always going to get the latest version, but who needs it when the prices are close to 40% -50% off current retail? My adult daughter residing in the city also shops here now. They have all of the current vendors of fitness shoes for walking, running, cross training etc. They also have very high quality socks, economically priced. When I participated in a drive to supply the homeless with winter socks, I bought a bunch of packs here a couple of years ago. I think it's crazy to pay retail when you have this in Delaware County.
