To my surprise, even being the picky car person that I am.. I'm already a loyal customer! Right now the world is turned upside down during the Covid19 shut down. They took my car, no questions asked and went above and beyond to make sure my whole laundry list was taken care of, that day, same appointment. He did not call. he also did not call on Monday. I called on Tuesday and I was told he was at the DMV in Canandaigua and would called me as soon as he came in. This is now Wednesday night and I have still not heard from him and I do not need to any more, I feel communication is a very important part of service and if a telephone call cannot be made, they must not want my business. I have made an appointment elsewhere. This is no way to run a business.

I had actually taken my car elsewhere for the inspection right before i took it to batavia automotive, but the other car repair shop was dishonest, condescending, gave me the wind-around, and wanted to overcharge me. Batavia automotive in geneseo passed my car and was 100% honest about the (minor) issues my car had; they were also polite and respectful to me. The other car shop quoted me over $100 and batavia automotive only charged me $41, so i was a very happy customer. I will only be going here from now on and I have already recommended this shop to two people.

I then had to impose on a neighbor to drive me over to the business to hand him a check since I am disabled and cannot drive. After being insulted and sworn at by the owner over the phone during this transaction,I will never do business with this local businessagain.
