I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be called back to wait additional time in a room. I found Jessica's annual exam to be hurried and much less through then my past dermatology exams. My next scheduled visit was 8/20/25. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment I asked at check-in how much longer. I was told both of Jessica's room were occupied and after one was empty, they would have to clean the room before taking me back. I asked if they could give me a time estimate and they said they could not. I told them I couldn't keep waiting indefinitely and had to leave. The check-in person said, okay. No offer was made to reschedule nor was any apology made regarding my time. The practice did not refund the $50 I was charged as a co-pay. I just called their office to request a copy of my records. They said they would email me a release form and once I completed the form, they would work on getting my records for me. I asked how long getting records usually takes and they said they couldn't really tell me as they only had 1 person that pulled records. This practice has zero respect for their patient's time or care. If a practitioner only has two exam rooms to work out of then logic should tell them to schedule accordingly. But, Bluegrass Dermatology chooses to stack patients up in their waiting room and then to rush them through an exam.

We had been in Somerset that day so on the way home we stopped by Ky Derm in London (It is has a new name now but hubby had been there before years ago) They got him in the next day for a biopsy and guess what....it was a skin cancer that had to be removed at their Lexington office. My appointment was for toxin, treatment of the 11's, brow lift, and forehead lines. I informed Alana that my main concern was the brow lift and I was even ok with being significantly Asymmetrical as long as my brows got lifted, and I would like to treat the 11s and smooth my forehead as well, also I really like a frozen look. She said that I couldn't have a smooth forehead and a lift. That's not been my experience in the past but I was really ready and desperate to treat the area. I also paid a 100.00 Deposit and wasn't really interested in using that for anything other than toxin. So I continued with getting the service. I have been getting toxin since I was 23 and I am now 34. I have also worked inside of a medspa for 3 years in the past. I didn't go to a former office because past injectors I used weren't there. So I came to seibella because of the recommendation from family ( who does not have much experience with getting toxin).I feel that I have a decent understanding of toxin bc of being injected for so many years and working inside a medspa. Seibella charges by the area rather than by unit. I paid double what I typically pay. The first appointment when she gave me the price to treat my areas of concern, which was twice what I usually pay, she said this would also include whatever tweaks needed to be done for the follow up. She did give me the option to treat one area and see if I liked it and could come back and treat the other areas and pay then. She said if I treated all areas it would be likely she would add more at the two week appointment which would be covered in todays charge. So I decided to go ahead and pay the amount to treat all areas. I left there feeling not great about the experience and especially not great about the price. I waited the two weeks for the follow up and as expected still needed more units to achieve what I had asked for. On the two week follow up they moved to the new space which was a better experience. Alana came in, I told her I didn't see much of a lift in the brows and I still had quite a bit of movement in the 11s. I also had some wrinkles at the top of my forehead but as discussed that was to be expected as she said to get a lift we wouldn't treat the forehead lines aggressively. I reiterated that I like the look of being frozen and I would like no movement in the 11s and still looking for more of a lift in the forehead. In the past I've been injected by injectors being trained and I've been injected with experienced injectors. No one has ever told me they couldn't smooth the wrinkles and get the brows lifted. So she injected me again and said " I'm not charging you for this". I was thinking of course you're not, I already paid for this at the first appointment, you said it would cover any additional units needed at the follow up. That irked me. Now I'm 2 weeks out from follow up and 1 month out from initial treatment. I see no change from the first appointment to the second. I did get a lip flip my second appointment and paid for that, it's nice. No complaints, lip flips are relatively not complicated. I think paying for the area could be beneficial to someone much older however someone in their 20s-30s you are really overpaying. Especially if you get dysport by area and not Botox. The prices are significantly different between the two. I can not recommend seibella because I feel like I overpaid and did not achieve good results for the price. I'm attaching pictures of previous toxin treatment to show that the lift has been more prominent with other injectors in the past and you can see how there is hardly any lift with my seibella treatment.

We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. This was as great an experience as one could hope for given the circumstances. Thank you all!!!!

My son was a new patient of Victoria's, and her office intake took only 7 minutes, as she rushed herself during the visit and gave us minimal incomprehensible instructions. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and she was in the room for that short period of time. She did not do any thorough history and assessment, due to the fact that I had provided her the diagnoses, and she then proceeded to prescribe as many as 4 different topical agents to my son. Unbelievable and what incompetence! There was no justification for prescribing multiple agents and some potent dosages to simple dermatitis and acne. Unfortunately, the prescriber at this practice provides substandard care, and all they know is to prescribe without any consideration for untoward risks and side effects or even the cost of the medications. It is completely unacceptable, and this will be reported to the insurance company for fraudulent claims and practices!

They do mammograms but also other imaging for the other clinic beside them.
