I have been going to Prohealth for three months and give it high marks for Mobile. There is plenty of parking and easily accessible location on the Infirmary campus. Two suggestions: 1. A bike rack - so people don't have to lock my bike to a hand railing 2. Longer Sunday hours - only 12-5pm right now.

There isn't a scratch on anything and the gym is in pristine condition. Not only is lighting is incredible, but she had all the machines you need, and all of them are top of the line. Will absolutely come back anytime I'm in town and would recommend this gym to absolutely anybody looking at getting started or a veteran steel thrower who wants a peaceful, no B.S gym where you can redline your body. Last note: Even after staying up for a few extra hours, owner only charged me $5 for a pass. There's zero excuse in my opinion to not try this gym out. Great kids program!…read more My 8 year old wanted to do cross fit and work out. I was super nervous at first and watched then like a hawk with a skeptic eye. Turns out, it's a great program. He attends a class averaging 8 or so. There is usually only about 5-6 at a time, but did get up to 12 kids a few times. There is the minimum of one trainer and he directs the kids thru a variety of age-appropriate activities. They start with stretches and warm ups. They use different types of equipment set that is set for their use during the class. This is a great place for my hyper child to expend some energy, learn proper techniques, get familiar and comfortable gym equipment and environment. This has been a great program while he is between sports.

They were all so friendly and thoughtful that we felt right at home amidst the craziness of our evacuation. The workouts were tough but fun with a positive atmosphere, and we cannot say enough about the quality of people who run and work out at this gym. Best vibes of any crossfit gym we've ever been to. We look forward to visiting our new friends again soon while on vacation in Fairhope.
