As someone who also works in customer service, I understand how important it is to be patient and courteous with customers -- especially since we interact with many different personalities every day. The mashed potatoes were a bit bland and the mac and cheese was average, but overall the meal was decent. That said, the experience was overshadowed by the lack of friendliness from the staff.
