It was in near perfect condition when I took it and it was the first time being washed. I had it for a little over a year. I asked to see a manager when I picked it up but was told no one was there. I also called several times and left my callback number. No one ever returned my call. The customer service is terrible. Do not use this Cleaners. Try Comet Cleaners instead.
