WORST CLEANERS IN THE WORLD! The lady in the front is HORRIBLE ANDHAS A NASTY ATTITUDE! She damaged my clothes then turn around and tell me I brought it in damaged. This is the second time and they take NO RESPONSIBILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY for there messed up job! If you want your clothes handles with care I would suggest that you reframe from supporting this businesss! Do not use this service. My boyfriend dropped of clothes on a Tuesday around one. He explained he would need his items as soon as possible, after the lady said they were closed in Wednesday's she told him the clothes could be picked up on Thursday morning after 8am. He confirmed with her as he's leaving out of town around 10am. I arrived to pick up for him at 8:20am Thursday and the clothes weren't ready. The lady told me "dry cleaners don't work that way. We only work in the mornings so since he dropped off Tuesday afternoon, and we're off Wednesday we start them at 8am today (which is Thursday) Idk where this happens at but she told him they would be ready 8am Thursday and the clothes aren't done. Not only did they lie, they clearly thought I was stupid with that "we only work in the mornings" story. I've picked ip several times in the evening and they are working. Terrible service!! I had been coming here for a couple years because it's closer to my house. I had normal issues like them breaking buttons but they would never replace them until I asked. This time they ruined a $150 pair of pants. I received them back with multiple holes right out of the plastic. I took them back up there and they blamed it on moths IN MY HOUSE! None of my other pants I own which are hung in the same place had any holes. I told the lady it had to be them that did it .... She told me that if they messed up mine then why isn't anybody else complaining which makes zero sense. Like you can make a mistake on one piece and not every one. I will no longer be coming here even though it's across the street from my house. Terrible customer service. Don't trust these people with any valuable clothing! read more

Went here once and they broke the zipper on my husband's uniform. I confronted the lady about it and she said the people in the back don't even mess with the zippers they only button the top two buttons, but I received all of the uniform shirts back zipped up. I argued with her until she agreed to pay half the cost to replace the zipper. Ironically when I came back a few days later to pick up the fixed shirt she was arguing with a customer who said she'd been overcharged. The lady that runs this place is shady and dishonest, do not trust her with your stuff. read more

We go there all the time to take my brother-in-laws uniform, suits, we have even taken a wedding gown, and different kinds of shirts. The she recognizes every time always serves us with a smile, and she is a lovely person. We have been going there for about three years now never had a problem. read more

Absolutely horrible! I brought my work shirts and a designer suit in to have dry cleaned and not only did they NOT clean my stuff (I'm talking a crusty stain of milk that could have easily come out) but they also creased the shirts NOT on the lines. When I got my stuff home and noticed the stains still there I called to let them know and they said it was not possible that they missed it. I brought my suit back in and they said nope no way you must have worn it since.... Seriously?!? For the record it was still other "dry clean wrapping" with their tags stapled on it the tags. After arguing they finally said they would clean it again and when they gave it back it had the same crusty on it! They also felt the need to tell me again that I must have worn it before I left for the 2nd time! read more

I moved to the area in 2005 and had been going to this dry cleaners periodically over the years, last time was January 2019, I descided to wear a pair of levis jeans I had cleaned there and found that the zipper had been broken, I took the jeans along with some other items that I needed cleaned, because I was that confident that they would fix the zipper, but to my surprise the lady went rougue on me and said the starch sometimes makes the zipper break and there not liable for it, I reminded her of all the business that had brung to them over the years, and asked would she be willing to risk losing a longtime customer to something so small and she could care less, I have made up in my mind that I'm going to sue in small claims court because of the principal of the matter, I don't appreciate being done like this so they will hear from me, SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE LOW LIFE GREEDY UNDERHANDED BUSINESS PEOPLE. read more

Cheaters!!! I took 26 business shirts and 19 items for dry cleaning in on April 29, 2015. This business prominently advertises in their window that business shirts are laundered with dry cleaning for $0.99. They charged me $1.25 per shirt except one shirt was charged $1.99. When asked why the charges were increased the counter person said it was for "cleaning collars." I was never informed of this upcharge. This is clearly a form of false advertising. With the number of dry cleaners in Katy, I am going elsewhere; you should too. read more
