Trusted them with my daughter's and my hats to be spot dry cleaned. They were ruined. They were from when my daughter was little and could not be replaced. They were immersed in liquid and scrubbed. The fabric stiffeners was completely gone, they were soft and discolored. These were cherished mementos ruined. The cleaners kept them for a month. I had to ask for them several times. The place is located in the parking lot that has plenty of parking spaces. The staff is always friendly, but they seem to bit confused about the complimentary credit, it seem like the right hand does not talk to the left. You have to actually let them know that you have a credit in order for them to give it to you. The cloth and pants I dropped off always come out smell Irish clean or they just smell clean, and looks clean too. Also never had any issues about missing items that I dropped off. The Staff always been nice to me, I never had any bad issues. This is a good spot to drop off your dry cleaning needs. read more

I started using Signature Dry Cleaners when I moved to the area a couple of years ago. They have fulfilled all of my expectations and I've never had any issues. The staff is friendly and prompt. Been out of town for a few days without internet so catching up on some reviews. I have been coming here for several months now for my dry cleaning needs. There is a cleaners just up the road much closer to my home, but they are absolutely horrendous. Although this is a little bit more of a drive, I feel that the quality of the work they do is worth it. I have been satisfied with everything I have brought here and I have never had an issue with picking items up timely. The only reasons I didn't give them 5 stars is: 1) I have had cleaning done previously at other locations that I was more impressed with (but I no longer live in their area) and 2) I feel like their prices are generally higher than most of the competitors. To the shop's credit I was actually asked why it was my first time, we had the opportunity to chat. I was able to clearly define my expectations for services and I was cheerfully offered a 50% discount for my first experience. Impressive. I was told that the staff was human, but they go to great lengths to get things right. I was impressed. I should not have been. I picked up my garments the next day. The first shirt that was placed on the rack had quite glaringly fallen short of my expectations. It had broken button on the sleeve and I asked them to redo it. The next morning I put on another shirt and the iron/press of the front button placket was a disaster. I had to actually break out my own iron and do a last-minute press to make it look presentable. I had clearly stated that my number one beef was putting on a shirt that simply was not ready to go. The first two shirts were failures. No need to wait around for strike three. I know that they are human. But I really expected more, especially for what the non-discounted prices are. read more

It's not you it's me.... It's my fault that we have continuously returned to your dry cleaners after multiple "red flags." You have lost cloths that I have brought to you some that still had tags on them. You tried to make it better by paying for them but it's not working anymore. When you have destroyed my husband's work shirts on multiple occasions you tried to make it better by paying for them but it's not working anymore. Now this week we have to part ways since your employees so NO remorse when you forgot to return ties to my garment and I had to make a special trip back to your shop to get them. Then this morning I look down at my new pants that I had you clean before I wore them to work and they have been discolored not even on the crease but next to it. I'm not completely satisfied nor completely disappointed... I took in a couple of other items which came out as expected ***except for discoloration on dress shirts around the collar*** I only took in one tie as well. I completely panicked when I went to pick up the articles to be told everything is fine except the tie is going to be held if possible another day. She told me they do not send items the back of the house doesn't approve. I looked at it and immediately felt a flush or worry because I was flying out for a wedding the next day. It was a dry clean only tie, with its insides pressed all bulky. I decided to come back the next morning to pick up the tie. It was somewhat fixed, but you can feel the insides pressed roughly to be flat, you can still feel the folds inside... I was in a rush, had to catch a flight. They only handled it as an inconvenience, nothing else was done, I still had to pay for the tie cleaning. I will not be returning to this place... It's too risky :/ Even though they gave a 50% off for first timers... Also! Prices are not posted and I was not informed of any until I came for pickup. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My friend used this cleaners and they "lost" a very expensive jacket. She has been calling for 2 weeks trying to get ahold of the manager and the staff keeps telling her the manager is not there. They have offered her a $30 credit which doesn't cover close to the cost of the jacket. And why would anybody want a credit to a place they never want to use again?! I recently visited this place to get some alterations done on some slacks. They were way too long so I just needed them shortened a bit. I lack any kind of sewing skills, so I was very happy to find a place that did both dry cleaning on-site and alterations. I kinda of came in last minute on a Thursday to get them done, and they told me that no alterations are done on the weekend. I needed them before Monday and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and told me that I could pick them up Friday after 5pm. The pants were hemmed at the perfect length (I'm not the kind who likes to walk around in heels all day) for my comfy flats. It was about $10, but their service was great so I will gladly pay it. I will definitely come here again for alterations as well as their dry cleaning services. I will update when I try out the dry cleaning. They have a drive-thru for dropping off dry cleaning too, which is something the average dry cleaners doesn't have. read more

My dad took clothes and there was a certain pair of pants he asked them if they could help with a stain on it and the lady had said okay we will help but she didn't count the pants in the count and said she didn't need to because this certain request was different. Once it was time for him to get his clothes, they said oh yea the pants we sent to get cleaned somewhere but come back tomorrow and he went 2 days later and again they tried giving him pants that weren't his! And he's been trying to reach the manager and nothing. The staff is also useless. They just say come tomorrow. They tried offering my dad credit but for what??? I've been coming here for about 2 years and the service has always left much to be desired. None of the employees seem to care nor have the slightest idea what customer service is. They always seems to give off the feeling that you are bothering them when they are really just performing the basic functions of their job. Combine this with the fact that they have misplaced my clothing on numerous occasions as well as shrunk my clothes, and you have a less than mediocre dry cleaning service. I called to address the shrinking issue and I was told it was "impossible". I know I didn't get any taller so why are my slacks suddenly 1/2 an inch too short? This is the worst cleaners! They lost my husband's EXPENSIVE Ralph Lauren hoodie and only offered $30 to replace it! First of all, it cost way more than $30. Secondly, we have been trying to resolve this issue for a month and the managers, Victoria and Omar are avoiding our calls. They have their employees answer and say they aren't available! My husband placed 8 items in the cleansers and mysteriously the most expensive items gets "lost?" What a coincidence. NEVER EVER utilize their services. Been using them for a while. Last week however I took my shirts Wednesday and returned Thursday after 5 as instructed. Place was closed. Returned Friday and Saturday and closed. Returned Monday, closed again. Came today, finally open, got a bill for $59. Grabbed shirts and noticed they looked very wrinkled and smelled like detergent. All my shirts were like that. We've been coming here for more than a year and are so sad we're going to have to find somewhere else. My husbands a first responder and has only ever brought his uniform to get washed & altered here. We trusted this place. We came in this week to bring in some pants that got ripped to get altered and also to pick up some pants we had forgotten to pick up. But to our surprise they tell us they lost the pants and can't find them! The last pants we brought here to get fixed they didn't fix the problem either. So we ask if we could speak to a manager and they said he'll give us a call and they're going to really look for it, hope they find it and they will alter the pants we just brought in. Two days later we come back, still no call from the manager, and they did not find our pants. On top of all that the pants we just brought in to get altered and cleaned has been completely roughed up, stained AND they didn't even do the alteration?! So now we're really upset. We don't pay this place to bring a good pair of pants just to receive them 100X worse then how they were before. I have a feeling they almost did that on purpose for inconveniencing them. So we come back to pick the pants they screwed up and they tell us they can't find those pants either. Apparently they must have fallen off of the rotating rack and it's going to take longer than a few minutes to get them. We finally get a call from the manager who apologizes and says he will fix the problem even offers to deliver the pants to us. We're appalled with how service has been these last few days. My sister and I have spend thousands at this cleaner (we dry clean most of our clothes). Yet when I showed the owner a pillow case they had damaged, the owner refused to accept responsibility, and became very rude and hostile (he was always cordial when accepting my money). He not only became hostile, but asked me to leave his cleaners. Anyone can offer decent or good customer service when they're receiving Your money; the true test of customer service is how cordial can you continue to be when there is a problem, (every business has them), especially when dealing with a loyal customer of many years who has spent thousands in your cleaners. We dropped off several pieces of my husband's clothes to be dry cleaned. It was an okay experience and they did a decent job on the clothes. I mentioned the offer that the owner has listed here on Yelp, 50% off new customers and was told that offer has ended. I pulled up my Yelp to show them it is still posted (and still posted as of 2/20/18)... the woman helping me didn't say anything but continued on the computer. I went for the first time this week and dropped off 27 items, when I went to pick up the lady gave me 20. I had to tell her I dropped off 27. It took her about 5 minutes to find the other items. Luckily, I read a review about them not returning all of the articles of clothing which is why I counted them at drop off and pick up. She gave me a $10 discount for my next drop off but because of this mistake and previous negative reviews on this same issue I will not be returning. We have used this dry cleaners for four months now and we are happy with the service and quality. We have dropped off mens dress shirts,dress pants and women's clothes too. All items have come back really nice. I noticed if you drop off early enough in the morning (before 9 AM) you can get your items by 5:00 PM otherwise they are ready the next day after 5 PM. read more

If I could give these people a zero star I would. I dropped my wedding gown a week before my wedding on a Thursday to have it pressed since they advertise wedding dresses in their window . I was given a receipt indicating pickup the following Tuesday. I gave them two extra days and picked up on Thursday instead of Tuesday. When I arrived the front desk girl first stated she didn't know where my dress was and I demanded to see my dress since my wedding was the next day. When she brought it out, they never even touched my dress. It was still sitting the same state I brought it after one week with wrinkles. Who does that to a bride a day before their wedding? A wicked establishment called Signature Dry Cleaners that's who...I took my dress back and scrambled to find a dry cleaner who would have it pressed within 24 hrs in time for my wedding. Luckily I found Avalon Cleaners on Seven Meadows, they are by far 1000% better than this crappy place. They provided excellent customer service and my dress was ready in less than 24-hrs. read more
