I found Sew Creations on Facebook, sent her a message and she almost immediately responded back. She took my dress that evening, I picked it up by 9:00 the next morning. She did a fitting to make sure all was good, and even had it steamed. And the kicker? She didn't want a single dollar more. This dress fit my friend almost perfectly before she brought it to Toni and Toni completely ruined the shape and style. She suggested an alteration that my friend did not even ask for and Toni clearly could not fulfill. My friend made the mistake of trusting her, and Toni cut the fabric on top into a "sweetheart neckline" that is completely crooked and quite honestly looks like it was done by a child. The bottom of the dress is too short in the front, with the lace now being clearly longer than the fabric underneath - which was not the case when the dress was bought. The day that my friend showed up for her fitting where the dress was suppose to be done and ready for her Toni had completely forgotten that she was even coming in and the dress had not been touched. The next day, Toni had finished the dress. It is obvious that she rushed to get this done because she forgot, and in the process she ruined my friends wedding. I cannot stress this point enough - the dress looks AWFUL. I think the pictures speak for themselves. The worst part of this whole scenario is that Toni REFUSED to admit she had made a mistake and would not give my friend her money back. In fact, she proceeded to yell at her and call her a spoiled brat. So today, 3 weeks before she gets married, my friend has to go spend another huge chunk of money and try to find a new dress. My friend and her family have been going to Toni for years, and she still treated them this way. Her lack of professionalism and customer service is unbelievable.
