I ended up finding a suit that I thought was perfect, but they didn't have the pants in my size at the store. Also, the jacket would need to be tailored to fit me properly. I was convinced that they'd have to ship the suit to me, seeing as though I'd be gone in just a few days. I had just accepted that fact. Imagine my surprise then when I got a call from Ron shortly thereafter, telling me that my pants had arrived and were ready to pick up! When I went in to get my pants, I spoke with Hong, who was tailoring my jacket. When I had explained to him my situation, he told me he'd try his best to get my fitted jacket to me before I had to leave. Again, I wasn't expecting a miracle, and was prepared to just have my jacket shipped to me. I received another call THE NEXT DAY! It was Hong, who, true to his word, worked hard to get my jacket tailored and ready to pick up in record time! All and all, the staff at this Men's Wearhouse went above and beyond for me! My dad (father of the bride) went to pick his tux up when it arrived for the wedding and the jacket size was about 3 sizes too small. They said they would send out to get a new one. Well the new one didn't arrive until late morning on my wedding day and my dad had to drive from Sylvan Beach to New Hartford to pick it up, and missed out on important moments and photos from my wedding day because of it. And the female manager was extremely rude to him when he went to pick it up, acting like it was his fault they ordered the wrong size! To top it all off, the sleeves of his new jacket were way too long and the sleeves of the father of the grooms jacket were way too short! Save yourself the stress, don't go there

Wow. I have been to this location several times before and NEVER seen it in as much disarray as…read morethis. Being back to school shopping season is no excuse for how messy and disastrous each and every department was. The shoe department was especially bad. Prices were marked completely different RIGHT. ON. THE SHOE. from what scanned. You would open a shoe box and find a different shoe or size inside. The dressing rooms looked like someone emptied their entire closet and just threw things everywhere. The bedding department had sale signs under items that were not on sale at all. Thankgod for the Kohls app to find out the real prices of things or there would be huge issues come time to check out. My mom and I were so frustrated with all of the disarray we couldn't stand to stay very long or complete our shopping trip.

I returned them to the store and was told they didn't have a larger size but they could issue me a store credit that I could use online as well. Didn't have the size online so I retuned to the store to just get a different pair. When the clerk rang me up he told me the store credit balance was at 0!!! How is that possible if I never used it?? He even agreed that I could not have used it online since NONE of their store issued credits are VALID ONLINE. The manager was NO HELP AT ALL! She had to call another manager only to tell me there was nothing they could do because another company had purchased Jimmy Jazz and they had an entire new computer system and she couldn't even LOCATE MY CREDIT IN THE SYSTEM. I asked her for the number to corporate and I will update after I contact them. But as of right now they basically stole 75.00 from me. I'll stick to purchasing my kicks from Nike App from now on. I was here 3 times while home visiting my parents and both experiences were blah. The first time I came shopping in store. The parking lot is insane. It was early afternoon and we still had to park very far away. Inside the store things looked like a tornado went through in many different sections. They also had empty spots, and were out of quite a few things. The one thing that made me happy was the special biodegradable, reusable bags they are now using. They are super sturdy and def worth reusing, esp with NY State's plastic bag ban going into effect in the spring. The second and third times I did online order for pickup in store. I dont know if this is a newer option at this Target, but at home I am used to this being a very quick process. They even have reserved parking for it. Here I had to wait in line with everyone else wanting something out of the customer service desk, to which only one person was working. One instance I showed my barcode and they said it wasn't needed just my ID. The second instance they wanted my barcode and not the ID. No consistency. Some of my products ordered online upon pickup were not available and had to be cancelled.
