I let the groomer know that they may need to be shaved and was aware that the cut would be short. These groomers shaved my dog and cut her so badly she needed stitches in two places on her body totaling 6 stitches and two staples to close it up. My poor puppy was in so much pain and when I told FurBaby that she needed stitches they didn't ask how she was doing but told me it was my fault and that I should Speak to their attorney. I didn't even ask them to pay for the vet bill and they brought up their attorney. Red flag? Yes. Do not use these people they overcharge and INJUR your pups. They also have an old red fire hydrant for the doggies that was donated This is sooo awesome for the doggies pets are not crowded. I love how huge and tall the doggie kennels are for the larger dogs. They have large, medium, and tiny doggie areas. I wanted my two dogies together and they respected my wishes. This is the most well organized pet care I have ever felt 100% content with. The kitties have his and her own divided area. I will never take my doggies to another pet care. The doggies are not allowed to walk out into the front office, now that is a such a relief for me. The staff here do not know how to introduce themselves to animals and have no time or care to help an animal feel calm or comfortable before coming to probe and poke with thermometers and needles. They will bail on treatment and they act afraid of animals. Then deny they do anything wrong and tell you to go find another vet, if not satisfied with the lack of care. The manager will not care if you and your pet have been mistreated and only backs his lying staff. Do yourself and your pet a favor and find another vet to go to. Lots of staff turn over so there must be internal problems.
