David is the man! Had a track day in two days, bought tires that were a little taller (265/35/19) and had some rubbing, freaked out and found David. Called him at 10am, was at my place by 1 and man, the quality of work is amazing. Guy is a track and car enthusiast so he knows his stuff, also one of the coolest guys i've met so far, super happy with the work!

I upgraded the wheel and tire setup for my car and I was having some slight rubbing in the rear. I looked around and I came across Dapperworks aka (mrsexys2k on IG). I'm glad I came here. There's something about someone who you can tell knows what they are talking about that puts you at ease. Originally I came just for the rears but after we discussed my future plans he described some known issues that could potentially be a problem for me in the front. I trusted his expertise and decided on having all four corners worked on. He promptly began working and described his process as he worked. He's not only knowledgeable but very friendly and personable as well. I got to see his work and I was honestly impressed with it. The edges were so smooth and tight. I now had more clearance but it was done so cleanly that you would almost think the car came like this from the factory. Dare I say especially in the rear, it's finished and smoother than it came from the factory! It's his attention to detail that really stood out to me along with his craftsmanship. Such things like making sure to add sealant to avoid any issues later on down the road. I will be bringing my other project cars here to him for sure!

I highly recommend everyone to use Dapperworks for all their fender rolling needs. David does a great job and price is affordable! You can come to him or he can come to you. I got quick and confident responses on all inquiries providing me plenty assurance of his skills and knowledge. David is very communicative and will walk you through each step he makes, if you're interested. He works efficiently and carefully. He did warn me since my car was repainted a not too long ago, there was slight chance of paint cracking inside the fender but I would not see it. I appreciate that he told me, I feel like that is something most people would leave out if you can't notice it. He is very friendly and easy to talk to so don't hesitate to ask him anything, I was even able to ask him a few things I thought could be wrong with my Coilovers and he was able to tell me what I needed. You can tell that he genuinely wants to help people achieve their goals.

David has the hands of a surgeon! He shaved the rear fenders on my Ferrari F430 with speed and precision. The fenders still have the natural oem lines but now I'm able to fit 13" wide tires without rubbing or bottoming out. Highly recommended!!! 5 star all the way!

This is the second car I've brought to David and the work did not disappoint! He cleaned up the fenders nicely, the shave is symmetrical and feels flat to the touch on the inside. Good work, will definitely come through again.

If you need to get your fenders rolled/pulled, look no further. David responds quickly with all your questions or concerns. David is your man for fender rolling. I'm always wary of who I let work on my car. David does really good work. No chipping or cracks on my paint. Definitely get your fenders rolled if you're going with an an aggressive fitment like me or just making sure you have zero rub. You'll definitely want to get it done before you get your new wheels. He's mobile and a real cool guy to talk to. Don't just take my word for it, go with David and you won't regret it. I will post the finished product once I get my wheels and tires.

WOW! First let me start off by saying it's by far the best communication and professionalism, i've had while someone doing automotive work. Dapperworks took their time and ensuring it was up to his standards as well as mentioning what steps he is on in the processes whether he is cleaning up the inside or he is trimming away inside tabs to make your car ready for whatever you have planned in the future! I greatly enjoyed that he put all his time and effort and gave me updates throughout the way, it made everything so pleasant to know i was in great hands. OVERALL! Dapperworks nailed it, ensuring that i would be satisfied he double and triple checked his own work while telling me to take a feel to make sure it was what i wanted. I cannot thank him enough! Definitely will come to him in the future and will recommend him to my friends!

The work was A++++, but this was probably the best customer service I've ever had at any type of business. The the final product was perfect and completed quickly and efficiently, all the while walking me through step by step as to why he was doing what he was doing at each point of the job. Very detailed in what he does and explains to you all the details as well. Doesn't get any better. If he offered more services, even maid services, he would def be my go to guy. Because of his passion for perfection, I would def trust the Pham with any type of job.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
