When I bought my baby, I noticed a ding on the front bumper, I still wanted her because she had a clean accident record and I was going to add a splitter so it needed to be fixed. Fired up yelp and did the whole ask multiple businesses in body work for quotes. Found HNC on yelp and google, reviews as you can read are pretty good, most customers like the end result. Browsed through photos of their work, saw some cars of people I know. When I called John requested for photos and list of work needed to be done. Made an appointment so John can see the actual car. He gave me a reasonable quote, I didn't haggle, dropped the car for work the following day, gave my 50% deposit. John said one to two weeks of work. Unfortunately I had a negative experience with HNC, delays upon delay and the work is not that good. First delivery attempt, didn't paint under the hood, painted over PPF and didn't polish most parts. Second delivery attempt I was still unhappy with their work, but took the car home. Brought the car back to address my concerns, even made a list, didn't do most. There's always an excuse why things went the way it did and took forever to get my car back. Sept 23 to Dec 3 and I'm don't plan on doing business with HNC ever again. read more

After hearing some good things with this place I decide to go here to get some custom job to be done on my car. I ask "John" on his opinion on how we can mount the carbon vent neatly that I have onto my hood. His first response was "why do you need a another vent if you already have a vent on your car" I mean what kind of a response is that? I ask for a body work to be done not his opinion on aesthetics and functionality. To top it off he then proceeded to lecture me on how the "vents work" and told me if "I do understand" what he is saying in a condescending tone like I was some sort of a stupid person. Also, I ask him if he can reinforce my trunk for my GT wing, again he says more things that he shouldn't say like how he started pointing out how the pitch of my Esprit wing is wrong that it was too "close" together as if he knows more than the people working on ESPRIT (maker of my GT wing) and he already assumed that he's not sure that if I want to pay the amount that he's asking to make a custom plate to reinforce my trunk. He didn't say any number just completely assumed that I wouldn't be agreeing to any price that he would quote me. I didn't drive 25 miles on a 45 min traffic all the way to his shop just to get disrespected and be treated like stupid. Ive been on this industry for 10 years. I simply ask for a body work I don't need to be educated on aesthetics nor the functionality of the parts that I want to install on my car. This place left a sour a taste in my mouth. read more
