Javier and Jason are straight up enablers of musical chaos in the best way possible. The sound quality is crystal clear, even when the volume is up to ridiculous levels. The speakers are loud, the bass hits hard, and 4,000 watts is more than enough to make your ears file a formal complaint. I still haven't turned it max volume. Too scared Lol What impressed me most was the customer service. Javier and Jason had plenty of opportunities to upsell me, but they never pushed anything. In fact, I ended up talking myself into upgrades because they took the time to answer every question and explain everything without any pressure. They're down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about getting the setup right. They're really good dudes...ones a little intimidating...but super nice. I promise. Best setup EVER. If you're on the fence about upgrading your audio system, stop being ridiculous and go talk to these guys. The workmanship, sound quality, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Unacceptable Damage to a Brand New Car! I brought in my brand-new 2025 Tesla--which I've only owned for 3 days and was in pristine condition--to Soundz Good Garage in Norwalk after reading positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was a complete nightmare. Setting up the appointment over the phone was quick, but the professionalism ended the moment I arrived. Right off the bat, the guy at the front desk complained about where I parked. After waiting about two hours for the tint job, I looked at the car and noticed visible bubbling immediately. When I went back inside, the staff brushed me off, telling me to "just give it a day or two." They were so dismissive they didn't even want to step outside to look. I had to insist, and when someone finally came out, he gave me the same line: wait a few days and come back in a week if it persists. Trying to be a polite customer, I drove home. However, once I arrived and inspected the vehicle closely, I was horrified. There are fresh razor blade looking scratches all around the vehicle, including severe, obvious scratches directly on my Tesla touchscreen display. To top it off, when I went to check the Tesla Sentry and dashcam footage, all video clips from while the car was at their shop were deleted. There was zero footage of my car even being there--which is completely impossible unless someone manually cleared or formatted the drive, considering Tesla cameras continuously record surroundings. I tried calling the shop nonstop for 30 minutes prior to their closing time to address the damage, but received no answer and no response whatsoever. It is completely unacceptable for a shop to treat a customer's vehicle with this level of carelessness, damage sensitive interior screens, wipe video evidence, and then dodge phone calls. Between the rude, dismissive attitude, sub-par tint work, and direct damage to my new vehicle, I strongly advise everyone--especially new vehicle owners--to stay far away. read more

Brought my car in to get an all-new sound system, installation of head unit, dash cams, wiring for fog lights, installation of alarm system, back-up camera, and new headlight bulbs. Jason helped out and he was amazing. The team installed new speakers, new subs, the head unit, 2 amps, and sound dampening in the trunk. The work is neat and clean. My car was all stock and did not have existing wiring for fog lights - the team ran the wiring for my fog lights. Wiring for the lights, the stereo, and the cams (front, rear, and back-up) is all clean and well-done. Right after installation, I noticed some rattling in the car while music was playing, I took the car back in, no appointment, and Jason was quick to jump in and actually found the problem and fixed it on the spot! My husband had his own stereo system installed at another shop prior to the work done on my car, and he regrets going to the other place - he has had so many issues. He took his car to Soundz Good, and Jason was there and had someone fix an electrical issue on my husband's car right then and there - and didn't charge for it!! Came back because stereo stopped working about a year ago or little under a year & I called to let them know & they told me to bring it in the next day at anytime.. explained the situation of the stereo (is on, touchscreen buttons work bcs volume sound goes up and down but screen stopped turning on) & big guy made a face like a "dang face" and proceeded to tell me they couldn't work on it bcs they were busy all day, like 1. why tell me to bring it and not take a look... 2. My boyfriend bought it in next day @ my scheduled appointment and they just took a Quick glance at it and said straight out that they weren't going to yk actually see what the real problem could be (take it apart & look at wiring) which goes back to my point, if the guy made that face after I told him the problem, why not take a Quick Look? There was like 2 guys behind the desk nonchalantly working, not busy but yes working. So they told my boyfriend it needs to be replaced $350 to replace with a new one & I told him to ask them how much to put back my OEM stereo & they said $150 lmaoo! Waste of my time/gas. **** I recommend yall to find cheaper spots down South central alameda or downtown with ppl w/ humility that would take a look at the work they did and charge you atleast a decent price to refix an issue. Got several work done here (1 time thing) in Jan 2022; Touchscreen/CarPlay stereo upgrade, new rims/tires, painted calipers. Total was thousands, so yes I agree hella EXPENSIVE, my advice: you can find cheaper elsewhere!. lol I was 20 yrs old & dumb. Quality of work: 6/10 because of the fact that the Alpine stereo only lasted me 2.5 years & also they were not able to keep my maintenance screen on and didn't let me know before doing the work. Everything else was great work & I actually loved the stereo but again did not last unfortunately. Service is mid lol, they can be rude WHEN they want to be.
