They've been great to talk to over the phone and they'll give you a time and price estimate right when you call. You get a link to watch the truck drive to you with an estimated arrival time. The truck drivers are super nice and professional. They explain the total cost, what they're going to do, and give you a detailed receipt that explains everything.
