Oh man... I was having a terrible night. My car died on the GW Parkway due to some battery issues…read more It turns out my car problems were a bit deeper than just the battery. It was already dark and I had no choice but to pull over on the side of the freeway in a grassy area. It was pitch black! Dark, freezing and no way of telling my insurance company where I'm located. After being assigned SR Towing, they reached out and asked me to share my location. From there, the driver (Shayan) was able to find me. The entire tow process was made easy by SR Towing and Shayan was very friendly. He went out of his way to make sure that I got my car to a shop near where I live. Unfortunately, my insurance company did a crappy job and found a nonexistent repair shop in MD. We showed up at that imaginary location (USAA fail) to discover an office building. It was then that Shayan found a repair shop near where I live. We dropped off the car and keys using the overnight drop off procedures. I'd hate to think how my night would have turned out if i had been assigned a different tow company. What could have been a nightmare ended up being not so bad. BIG THANKS to SR Towing and Shayan for saving the day! I highly recommend calling SR Towing for your next tow.
