Penny and Devlin are my naked children Penny was my first, she was born roughly 5 years ago and Devlin (2 years in Feb) is a wonderful companion for her. My experience with Janice has been fantastic. She is very kind, professional, and breeds quality Sphynx cats. I think her prices are fair and when we're ready for another we will be going back to see her babies! I have recommended her dozens of times and will continue to. Thank you Janice for the best kitties and a great overall experience buying from you!

Our little Wrigley just turned 1..we love this breed so much. Janice had answered so many of our questions before we decided on adding a Sphynx to the family. She was very informative and continues to be. If I have a question..she will respond right away. I'm very thankful we found a breeder who cares so much. Thank you Janice!

I got my first Sphynx from Janice 9 years ago after doing a lot of research and looking into many breeders. I was so happy when I found Janice! She was patient with us when we were looking for our perfect kitten, and always helpful! Her house was clean and you knew that she truly loved her cats and kittens by the way she treated them! We came to visit several times, whether we were checking out the new litter and deciding which kitten we wanted, or visiting our new little bundle of joy! She was so accommodating every time! Terrabithia is now 9 years old and just a pleasure to have in the family.

Over the many years, we have adopted 4 Sphynx from Janice at Dare2B-Bare Sphynx and they were all perfect. Janice is extremely knowledgeable about the breed and it's obvious she has a true love and passion for them. They have always been very healthy, loving cats that get tons of praises from our veterinarian and family/friends. If you want a quality kitten from a good breeder you can't go wrong with a kitten from Dare2B-Bare! Beautiful cats from a beautiful person.

Janice is wonderful to work with! We purchased our white odd eyed boy Romeo from her last year. We are located in New Hampshire so I was a little nervous. Janice calmed my nerves immediately. Taking the time to talk with me via phone and text throughout the process. She always sent me pictures of him growing and constantly kept the line of communication open. Romeo just celebrated is 1st birthday on November 5. He is the sweetest most outgoing little boy and is always the life of the party. Thank you Janice for your outstanding commitment to quality and care of your babies!

Fanila (I hope I'm spelling that correctly!), Elizabeth and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable and special, taking the time to let them safely see and interact with the guinea pig, hamster, chinchilla, bunny, and even a chicken. You could tell how much they genuinely care -- not just about the animals, but about the people who walk through their doors. Thank you Magnifico, Daddy Hamster, Chichi, Chili, Dave and Grace Omali In a time where we really needed a little lightness, this meant more than I can fully express. Their impact is huge, and there are countless ways to help -- no contribution is too big or too small. One thing I deeply appreciate is their Adoption Guarantee: If for any reason an adopter decides their new pet isn't the right fit for their home, the Humane Society will schedule an appointment to welcome the pet back -- without judgment or criticism. This level of compassion and support is rare and shows how committed they are to both animals and adopters. Some meaningful ways to get involved include: Donating money Volunteering Participating in the Dog Day Out program Supporting the Community Cat Program Fostering Adopting instead of shopping Spaying/neutering your pets Sharing or reposting their information to spread awareness The San Diego campus is next‑level -- very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Across the county, they have four campuses: San Diego, Escondido, El Cajon, and Oceanside (Escondido has a great setup for livestock and farm animals). The guy who brought the pup to meet my dog didn't even allow them more than 10 seconds to meet before he did not allow us to adopt. I understand that we have to look out for all dogs safety, but my dog didn't even bark like plenty of the other dogs around. The workers at labs and more seemed really pretentious towards my family and dog which is really upsetting when all we are trying to do is rescue a pup that needs a home. I would recommend to look elsewhere if you are looking for a new pup. UPDATE: So since we were treated so unfairly by Labs and More we ended up finding a pup from an independent seller. It was not ideal nor our first choice, but Labs and More and other shelters make it unnecessarily difficult to adopt a pup. Again, I brought my kids and dog an hour to meet a pup and the worker took 1 look at our dog and made up his mind before even giving our dog a chance. For a shelter whose workers are supposed to be "dog people", they are pretty judgmental and rude for no reason. Here is a pic of our dog and new pup an hour after bringing the pup home. They are best buds and our dog took the transition very well. Why would I drive an hour with my dog if I had even the slightest thought that my dog would harm another? I could have easily said I didn't have a dog and adopted, but we tried doing these the right way and were turned away by rude workers. If you already own a dog, don't bother with this unwelcoming shelter.

Each reservation cost about $24.00. That includes an hour of time with the cats, and a drink/snack from the café per person. My partner got a chai latte, and I grabbed a brown sugar(?) cinnamon roll. Both were very good! Special thank you to the barista for the recommendation and the delicious drink. The play-room itself was very nice, with plenty of seating, toys, and CATS! Even with six other guests in the same hour, there was plenty of everything to go around. As with any group of animals (and people), each had their own personality and preferences. JC stayed perched on the palm tree and loved to get pet. The older Bengal cat didn't like being touched, but was a joy to watch. Tatiana (pictured on the table) was slow to warm up to us, but loved to play with the cat dancer. There were about ten cats altogether. The employee inside clearly cares about each cat. He explained the rules clearly, shared the names and habits of each kitty, and was a pleasant guide. Thanks for a great start to our afternoon! See you again soon.

We got to meet a lot of adorable dogs, and one little guy instantly stole our hearts. What really stood out was how thoughtful and thorough TAP's process is. There was no pressure to adopt on the spot, which we really appreciated. After the event, we completed an application and received clear next steps. The following week, our foster brought him to our home so we could spend more time together. That confirmed everything we felt at the event. TAP conducted a home visit and checked our references, and it was clear throughout the process that they truly care about the well being of their animals and making the right match. Our foster was amazing, so kind and supportive. When we brought our little guy home, she sent him with his toys, some food, and a sweet note, which meant so much to us.
