I really appreciated how she educated me about my current skincare routine without trying to upsell me or push me into upgrading to a different facial. It felt like a genuine, helpful conversation. Once the facial started, she explained every step of what she was doing and why, which I loved because it helped me understand what my skin actually needs. She used organic products from Hungary that smelled absolutely amazing and felt so refreshing on my skin. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and since it was actually on my birthday it made the day feel even more special. My skin was glowing the rest of the day and I even got compliments on how good it looked. Another thing I really appreciated is that Gigi never pushed products on me.
