What made the experience worse was the constant, aggressive upselling. At the two-month mark, we reviewed my progress photos, and despite there being no visible results (because of their ultra-low settings), they still tried to use the photos as a pivot to upsell me on even more items and packages. At every single visit, they tried to push more products--including charging $40 to apply a basic serum after the treatment. On top of that, they prompt you to tip the staff after every quick session, which feels incredibly inappropriate for what is marketed as a medical laser clinic. Save your money and put it toward a real dermatologist or medical spa where you actually get what you pay for.

I originally booked for a "Pure Hydration" because I wasn't sure what to expect but once I got there, Myeshia explained to me with my skin concerns, "Clear Ice" would be a much better option so we went with that! So glad I did! I originally came in because I had some congestion, a bit of bumps, and a lot of pigmentation due to sun damage and acne. Immediate afterwards, my skin's congestion has gotten a lot better, with some minor redness from the acid (pretty typical for me because my skin is sensitive). If you are looking for a "treat yourself" or "self-care" facial, this is it. You get a lot of good information about your skin, and how to take care of it. And once it's time for the facial, she will provide you with a relaxing environment to doze off or even sleep in. No talking if you don't have any questions. On top of that, when she applies a mask on your face and waits for it to dry, she doesn't go off and do something else. Instead she gives a heavenly neck & shoulder massage! But the best part was waiting three or four days out and my skin was GLOWING. At the first or so day, there was some very minor peeling but I didn't pick at it and it flaked off with just daily cleansing. And literally by day four, my skin looked so good I got compliments for it. The lighter and smaller sun spots on my cheeks that had the most flaking did seem to lighten a bit. Completely worth it and she has my continual support.

This gives the impression that the business is temporarily booked or unavailable, not permanently closed. It's misleading and prevents customers from realizing the business is no longer operating. There was no notice, no refund, and no attempt to honor existing gift cards. This is incredibly disappointing and feels deceptive to customers who trusted them with their money. I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing gift cards or prepaid services from a business that does not communicate honestly or prioritize customer trust.
