The company that did the actual repair made a mistake with the size of the glass. The store knew we had a gala anniversary party coming up and wanted to make sure that we had an outdoor table in case we could have the party outside, so they made accommodations for us. If you are looking for a solid customer service place to do business, you can't find a better merchant!

They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation.
