His whole team does everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They all, and ESPECIALLY Dr. Gallagher truly cares about people, and it shows every single time you go in...and that includes the consultation. I am a super suspicious person of dentists, and I feel some are out there to just take your money. I went to some other consultations, and initially they seemed lower priced. However, Dr. Gallagher did not want to pull one of my teeth in order to make one of my teeth come down. It changes you smile when you do. The other orthodontists did, so the cost was not any different with adding on extra treatments. I wore something call distalizers for 5 months (I think it was supposed to be 6, but I finished early - wahoo!). Today I got them taken off and the braces put on. When he puts an appliance on you, he apologizes for every move because he cannot stand for his patients to be uncomfortable. He is also super organized because I got my distalizers off today, and he just so happened to have time to put the braces on today. He can direct his staff in a way that he gets it all done fast. Even though he gets it all done quickly, his work is amazing. You can already see a difference in my smile (which my friends noticed was happening, and his staff will notice, too, because everyone there cares). Anyway, I'm in my 30s, and I'm so glad I waited so long so that I could find Dr. Gallagher. Do not go anywhere else. I promise you will be writing a good review about him, too, and you will feel so proud to going to the best orthodontist out there.

I feel like me and my husband were scammed at this office because the front desk workers scanned my…read morehusband and my insurance card and we were under the impression that our insurance was being charged, and we were only gonna have to pay a co-pay, they never once informed us that we were not in network with them and when they seen us, I felt like I was being treated very rudely the dental assistant seemed like she was not paying any attention to me. She sat my husband in the chair, ask him a lot of questions not once set me in there. She took me to do my x-ray and jerked my neck when we return to the room, I was sitting in a chair in the corner. She not once set me in the dentist chair to check my teeth out or anything, and once the dentist came in The dental assistant was on the computer put in the numbers in for the while the dentist was telling her about my husband's teeth, and then once the dentist done with my husband she asked me to sit in the dentist chair when I got in the dentist chair the dental assistant got up and left out of the room, and then she came back and said she was going to go help someone else and I thought her job was to assist the dentist. The dental assistant gave me the impression that she was racist because my husband is Hispanic and I am an African-American female, and she also sat there flirting with my husband in my face so what kind of a dental assistance is she she should be ashamed of herself, and she should be removed from her practice if she's gonna be racist against people and flirt with the patients. she's in the wrong job position. I pay $185 for nothing because they didn't do anything for me. I had informed them that I had been spitting pus out in the morning and when I said that the dental assistant wrinkled her nose up at me. I informed the dentist about it me spitting the pus assume that the dentist would prescribed me a anabiotic all she said was if we need anabiotic to call them and they will send one over for us. I would've assumed that while I was in her office she would have sent me an antibiotic prescription over to the pharmacy for me. I had informed them that I was spitting out Puss in the morning. I guess all they wanted was my money. I will tell you one thing I will never ever step one foot in that racist Dental office ever again.
