After he received the approval on 6/3/20 he advised me that he would have it installed on 6/25/20. On 6/25/20 i had to reach out to him for him to advise me that he hasn't received the materials... (I really expected once we are doing business together that if you can't make your deadlines that you provide to me that you might reach out to me and advise) He advised that he would call me back on 6/27/20 and 6/29/20 and never did. On 6/30/20 he completely advised me that he wasn't going to be able to do the job at all. He missed every deadline that he provided to me. On top of that he then cancels the job that he committed to over a month later.. This is simply not professional.

After several months, texts, and phone calls, I NEVER received the gift card. There are other glass companies that my insurance company recommened. I will DEFINETLY use someone else next time.
