He's the franchisee for this location, and he was very flexible and accommodating to come to my home himself for windshield chip repair the following morning, and had a colleague, Chris with him who was equally personable. Peter texted when he was on the way, was very personable, professional, and efficient in doing the repairs, and all at a fair price. He shared some windshield replacement numbers with me, and I was surprised how reasonable replacement would be if ever needed - much less than I expected. I will definitely call Peter again when in need of anything auto glass related, and highly recommend him for anyone needing windshield chip repair or replacement! We need more small business owners like Peter!

(I really expected once we are doing business together that if you can't make your deadlines that you provide to me that you might reach out to me and advise) He advised that he would call me back on 6/27/20 and 6/29/20 and never did. On 6/30/20 he completely advised me that he wasn't going to be able to do the job at all. He missed every deadline that he provided to me. On top of that he then cancels the job that he committed to over a month later.. This is simply not professional.

I rarely have used my insurance for damage unless it was significant and couldn't be repaired within a few days. The car has very minor damage that would probably cost less than my deductible but they refused to even look without my insurance. Sorry but they will never have my business even if my insurance wants me to go to them.

I was traveling out-of-state, and a rock from the highway caused a serious crack in my windshield…read more The crack was so severe that the entire windshield of my vehicle needed to be replaced. I stopped at one of the nearest Safelite locations due to the severity of my cracked windshield. They scheduled me and immediately replaced my windshield. The initial window replacement work fine as a window, but due to all the new safety features on my vehicle, a lot of the automated features in my vehicle didn't work after the window was replaced. The representatives refused to charge me until they replaced my window with one that worked properly with my automative features. I was immediately rescheduled and my automobile window was replaced with a window that safety features work. This was exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend this Safelite location to any perspective customers.
