He's the franchisee for this location, and he was very flexible and accommodating to come to my home himself for windshield chip repair the following morning, and had a colleague, Chris with him who was equally personable. Peter texted when he was on the way, was very personable, professional, and efficient in doing the repairs, and all at a fair price. He shared some windshield replacement numbers with me, and I was surprised how reasonable replacement would be if ever needed - much less than I expected. It took about an hour and I waited in their "waiting room". It was dirty, cluttered, and unimpressive. Also their employees were loud and cussing in front of my son.
