The employee made no mention of foreseeable issues with the job, except that the life of the tint may be limited due to the visors being made of plexiglass. I told him this was fine When I returned for pick up, the tint on both visors was speckled in tiny bubbles. Likely seeing my dissatisfaction, an employee in the back (appearing to be the manager) said the bubbles were likely caused by dust or dirt. I said that if they had told me beforehand to expect the visors to be covered in bubbles, I would not have had the job done. At that point the manager said, "Well that's an easy fix." and aggressively began ripping the tint off of the visors. With the visors now covered in glue residue, he muttered something to the other employee and walked away. When I asked him if that's how he did business, he told me I could clean the residue off myself with soap and water. Bottom line, if I didn't care about the quality of work or how the tint looked, I could have done the same job myself with materials from Walmart. I expected a quality job, or at a minimum a professional response to my understandable dissatisfaction with the job they performed. Had the manager simply told me that was the best they could do, and either accept the visors as is or have the tint removed, I wouldn't be writing this post. Instead, he through a tantrum and acted in an incredibly unprofessional manner that I haven't seen in a long time.

They are about average price-wise, but they do such great quality work on curved glass! The price, is great, for what you get in quality. The only complaint is that they do not have a lot of staff right now, and your order may take more than four (4) days to complete. So if you're in a big hurry, you might do well to go elsewhere in town. But if you've got time, they are worth it for regular cut glass!

They completed the necessary work on my car in a very timely manner. I was given a ride home upon leaving and back to their location upon completion which saved a bit of difficulty finding a ride. Now Gracie and I can go for rides again. She will be able to enjoy sticking her face out of the window, taking in all the good smells and leaving her fur on my backseat.
