I was on the way to Durango on my motorcycle with some buddies and needed a tow from Del Norte. My insurance got me hooked up with them and I was given an eta. The driver that was supposed to pick me up was already out taking care of another tow job so I had to wait. I waited longer than expected due to issues with the original driver and got in contact with the company and they already had another guy en route to come get me. They were very apologetic about the wait and made it a point to make it up to me without even being asked to do so. They take a lot of pride in their company and even made it a point to speak to me in person halfway to the destination as they rechecked tbe load to make sure it was secure. It was a long day but i felt nothing but gratefulness for these people. The driver was very cool and the 2hour ride was pleasant. I totally recommend these guys and want to say thank you again.

They worked to diagnose with us over the phone before ever coming out, attempting to save us money due to a predatory company trying to take advantage of us. When it was determined that a tow was necessary, they got us to a place of safety first, then came and picked up the truck, the trailer, 4 people and a dog and transported us all back to their shop in Alamosa. They had our truck ready by the end of the next day. Their prices were more than reasonable, but it was their customer service in dealing with us throughout this situation that is prompting us to give them a terrific review. The front axle leaf spring broke on our trailer in Johnson's Village near Buena Vista. The tires on…read moreone side jammed together so we literally couldn't move. I tried Google and all I found were RV parks and rentals. I called one, and she gave me Terry's number, but also said he's hard to reach because he's the only RV repair in the valley. I got him on the first try. Luckily, he wasn't too far. We'd found a large vacant parking lot before discovering we couldn't move, and waited. He said it would be an hour to an hour and a half, which was pretty accurate. He is a mobile repair and also does work at his shop in Moffat. He took it apart to find the problem on site. We have an old rig and smaller apparently than what parts places locally stock. It was also after hours. He was sure he could get the part from Denver by two days later. So he put in an axle crutch with chains to hold everything in place temporarily. It got us the next 60 miles or so, to where we were going. He called later that night to make sure it held together. Sure enough, the part got to him, and he came up to install it, as predicted. We haven't driven on it yet, but it looks secure. We feel he charged fairly and is also a nice, personable guy. He will travel 150 miles from Moffat. We will have him do more work the next time we come down because he knows what he's doing! Highly recommend Terry. Please know he's in Colorado late April to December and in Quartzite, AZ the rest of the year. He doesn't have a website.

Luckily we were able to get Raymond from Aquarius Heavy Towing to tow our vehicle back up north of Denver where it wasn't snowing so we could drive the rest of the way back. Raymond was very professional and did a great job! I will be keeping him as one of our company contacts for future use.
