He sat on the job for nearly 3 weeks leaving me stranded without transportation in a rural community. My car started stalling as soon as I got it back from him. He claimed it was a problem with the fuel tank not pump. I had to get the car towed to a Volvo mechanic on the front range where sure enough Bob had installed the fuel pump wrong. After showing Bob the notes and pics from the new shop and asking for a refund on his labor, he refused and I've had to take him to small claims court. FYI Bob does not accept credit cards.
