From the moment you walk in, the place hosts a welcoming ambiance. You're immersed in bright, tropical tones and it almost feels like you're on vacation! I booked Erica for my wedding spray tan, but did two trial runs beforehand. I had TONS of questions when it came to face products and lotions to use in conjunction with the tan. She offered LOADS of knowledge on prep tips that would enhance the tan, as well as aftercare! I've gotten Versa Spa tans for the last 15 years...but never have I learned the specifics on how to properly exfoliate beforehand, and how to prolong the tan. It's simply next level! My tans looked beautiful each time I've received one. They actually still looked good almost two weeks later, which is way longer than I've ever gotten from the Versa spa! I…read morereturned to Wilbraham Tanning specifically for wellness and consistency, and after committing time and money, I was abruptly excluded due to a pricing and/or policy change that was neither clearly communicated nor reasonably handled. As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.

I walked in for my appointment and was charged $25.00+tax. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, her answer was their website was out of date. The manager was on vacation and the person in charge said she could not change the $20.00 price as 'the website was out of date'. They would not honor the price listed. I left hoping my credit card charge will be voided. Poor business practices.

I told her they were uneven during the touchup appointment but they don't draw an outline to start. I needed a 2nd touchup because an area had scabbed and had to be refilled and at this point she told me I would probably even need a 3rd. And I did point out each time they still weren't even or the same shape. When I contacted them about the touchup, the tech's sister (the owner) said that there would be a charge for this since there should have only been one. I explained what I just said above and she said she would get back to me but she didn't. When I contacted them again the whole story changed to: they don't feel comfortable doing it; they can't keep adding strokes or it'll turn out a messy blob; I kept changing the brow shape every appointment; maybe I should go someplace else. My response was I was "changing" the shape to make them match; I wanted strokes added where there were none so that the brows would be the same; and was she going to reimburse me if she wanted me to go elsewhere. And why was she willing to do the touchup for a charge until I said I wouldn't pay for something they did wrong and needed to fix. They said it was a costly and timely procedure for them and even admitted the tech lacked the expertise. So apparently customer satisfaction or even business image is not high on their list. They have no idea of good customer service. I spent a lot of money poor service with poor attitude.

My before-and-after photos, taken day before treatment and nine weeks later, show the flatness in my cheeks remains and my nasolabial folds are unchanged. From day one, I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told to "wait it out," and when nothing improved, the owner only offered a discounted rate instead of correcting the results. I even consulted with an injector at a medspa I previously worked at, who said it appeared the area hadn't been properly treated,possibly to encourage me to spend more money. I wasn't looking for a refund, just proper results. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and would not recommend Blush MedSpa.
