They administered fillers to my face, but I was not satisfied with the results. One side of my face appeared overfilled, while the other side looked flat. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, she dismissed my concerns and said she did not see anything wrong. However, it was quite evident to me that my face was uneven. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to address or correct the problem caused by the injector. This was very upsetting for me, and because of this, I cannot recommend Blush Med Spa to others.

No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.
