This place does a lot of things right and yesterday was a good reminder of that. The space is really cool. They have private rooms you can book for events, cute little nooks to hang out in, and the back area is massive and covered which was perfect for a big event like this. They also had a second bar set up outside and a few food trucks which was a nice touch. Oh and lots of dogs, always a plus. Their beer selection is super expansive, all kinds of styles and they have beer slushies! The staff were genuinely so friendly even though it was slammed. I asked for a ton of samples before deciding on one and they were totally cool about it without making me feel bad at all. Really appreciated that. Live bands were a fun idea but they were pretty loud, like conversation was kind of a struggle at times. Also not really a kids at breweries person but that's just me. My biggest gripe though is the bathrooms. Four restrooms for an event that size is just not it. Bring in some mobile restrooms for big events, something, anything. It's such an easy fix and makes a huge difference when you're waiting in a long line after a few beers. Still one of my favorite spots and I'll keep making the drive up even though its over an hour away.

Taryn (co‑owner) even offered to take our picture with the fire engine behind the bar. She stopped what she was doing, let us climb up, and made sure we got a great photo. The space is bright and open, with garage doors and plenty of windows that bring in the fresh air. The décor is fantastic--lots of thoughtful details, including quotes from Tupac and Biggie Smalls in the bathroom. They're still waiting on their full federal license, so for now they're serving canned beverages in red cups. Their own brews are already made and just waiting for approval to be poured. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town to check in and try them. If their drinks are anything like Taryn and her dad Charlie, they're going to be amazing.

I didn't realize drinks were self-service, so my glass of wine sat at the counter untouched until I figured it out. I enjoyed the smash burger--it was flavorful, but the portion was more than I could finish, so I shared half with my son. The side salad was fresh and generously sized. The yuzu was an easy favorite, very unique flavor and a perfect balance of sweetness. The strawberry jalapeño will kick you in the teeth but in the best way, especially if you are a whiskey fan. The beer offering was good (about 8 different styles), especially for a small brewery. The beer quality was excellent, refined and presented correct flavors for each style. Was disappointed that they don't offer flights, but you can taste whatever they are serving. That said, the tasting glassware could used for a flight serving. To me a flight gives me the opportunity to try whatever I want without having to stand at the bar taking up space and the servers time. Food is limited to snacks/chips, but there is a Mexican market/restaurant next door that will deliver food to your table on the brewery patio. I realize they just opened, but I would suggest to the owners that they post their beer offering on their website, especially if they change up the selection.
