That being said, the transition to Center Well has had a few bumps, but it has gotten better. I lost (to retirement) my PCP earlier this year, but things seem to better now. Expected. The caregivers are great with little exception. Change always yields some hiccups, but things seemed to have settled down. I continue to endorse Creekside and staff for well above average healthcare, fine doctors and nurses and specialist. I never give a 5-star, because nothing is ever perfect. After years of building trust within the community, the company went bankrupt and sold to CenterWell Senior Primary Care, leaving many longtime patients -- especially veterans relying on Tricare as their primary insurance -- feeling abandoned. Veterans who served this country deserved continuity of care and transparency, not sudden disruption and uncertainty. Many patients had established relationships with their doctors for years, only to find themselves scrambling to locate new providers and navigate insurance confusion during an already stressful transition. What makes this even more frustrating is that public statements during the sale process suggested patients would continue to have access to their insurance coverage under the new ownership structure. Yet many patients later experienced uncertainty or loss of access depending on their plan participation and contract negotiations. The bankruptcy itself was tied to massive Medicare billing discrepancies reportedly totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Unfortunately, it feels like the people who paid the price were the patients -- particularly seniors and veterans who depended on stable healthcare access. Healthcare organizations should prioritize patient care and loyalty during transitions, not leave vulnerable populations feeling discarded. I sincerely hope veterans and affected patients receive the support and continuity of care they deserve moving forward.

I showed up there about 15 minutes after she was in her room and they asked so many questions. What's her motivation, what she likes to do what is her drive so many questions at the other place never asked, and I regret that I didn't put her in this place first. She was only there for one day before she had to go back to the hospital, but the care and the questions and the time they put into her intake was by far so much more expensive than the other place she was in previously

I chose this clinic because of the positive reviews, but my actual experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the staff felt cold and passive-aggressive. When I mentioned I had never had a pap smear before, I was told I was being "irresponsible"--a comment that was both unhelpful and shaming. After I tested positive, I returned for a follow-up, and the nurse, Cindy, made snide remarks about how "disgusting" and "common" STDs are. Instead of receiving care and empathy, I left feeling judged and humiliated. At the time, I felt pressured to leave a 5-star review because I was directly asked to, and I didn't fully process how inappropriate the experience had been until speaking with a new provider. What's especially upsetting is receiving a message from Cindy years later, holding up a sign with my name asking for a review. It instantly brought back all the shame and anxiety I felt in that office. For someone who experienced real trauma during that visit, being contacted this way is jarring and extremely insensitive.
