I asked them to come in and help after we were well into the planning process. Four Leaf Clover Studio (Martha and Jane) had ideas for everything and were so easy to work with. We had planning meetings and shopped together for décor to set the tone my daughter wanted (lots of lanterns and greenery). The wedding was held at Laguna United Methodist Church (great ocean view) and Martha and Jane had great ideas to decorate the church in an elegant yet not overpriced way. They helped design the menu for the reception at the church and the food they provided was yummy. Her helpers kept everything well stocked and the guests happy. They even rescued and refreshed the bride's bouquet that had sadly come with wilted roses. Then they loaded all the lanterns and other items up and transported them to Seven4One, our dinner reception venue. They added flowers, lanterns, greenery, pillows, etc. to the hotel to give it a warmer feel. And they provided wonderful silver serving pieces and flatware for out guests. Throughout the evening, they made sure that everything went smoothly at this location as well. I am so happy that my wedding planner referred this vendor to me because Nariza was so great to work with! I had a bad experience with an online retailer for my save the date cards and so it was important for me to find a local vendor that I could work closely with on designing my wedding paper goods. Nariza was very professional and responsive. I was able to meet with her in person for a consultation and was impressed with her portfolio. I really felt as though she wanted to make the best product for each client and that showed through her work. I used Love by Three Concepts for my wedding invitations, favor thank you cards, programs and escort cards. At the consultation Nariza took note of my design ideas and color scheme and sent us a mock up design by email shortly after our first meeting. Communications were mostly through email which I was initially worried about but it was very easy and if there was something more urgent or too complicated to discuss over email I could always call and Nariza was always good about calling me back. Nariza was always accommodating when it came to fixing or changing little details and I really appreciated that. She also helped create our wedding logo that I had in mind and I was really happy with the results and it turned out so well, we used our logo on our dance floor, favors and our photo booth print out design. I found Nida at a bridal show at the LA convention center, her work was amazing! Because I booked her at the bridal expo I got the buy one get one free deal ( $500 for 100 invitations. 60 English and 40 Spanish) I gave a deposit of $250 and she emailed me a copy of the invoice, NO contract. So my fiancé, mother in law and I went to her office in Tustin and choose some card stock, colors, etc. About a week later my mom informs me that my invitations arrive and she is not happy with them, so I asked her to send me pictures of them. First of all they were double sided so you could even look at them side by side, and the were cut in odd sizes. So we went BACK to Tustin to meet with her again. (It's about 30 miles from were I live) So I had asked if she could do Spanish invites she said yes but they're an extra $75. So I said screw it I need these. Well it turns out I had to translate my own invitations and send it to her the way I wanted them to look, so what was the point if paying her EXTRA!! So I finally got my second English sample invite and the date was wrong. So I told her the date was wrong and I wanted her to make me a Spanish sample invitation. She said that in order for her to compete her work she needed the other $250. So we went into a texting war because I was not going to finish paying her for work that WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! So then she FINALLY decided to send me my contract, and I asked her why I NEVER received this, and she's stated it was in my file, yet my signature was NO WHERE on that contract, only the INVOICE. I was so irritated I contacted a lawyer and asked for legal advice because this women was driving me insane, literally! So after everything I would've had to take her to small claims; I was in school I didn't have time for that, so I passed this task over to my mom. So months go by and my invitations finally get sent. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, there were dents from the rhinestones, the ink left a blue line under several invitations, there were ink spots, and double lines!! I was IRATE! For $500 they should've been PERFECT!! So I told my mom to send them back, however she only sent a few back! I'm sorry if I'm paying you to do a job you should've have inspected these invitations before sending them, this is YOUR BUSINESS!!!! So she finally sent back the ones that my mom had sent back. The STRESS that I got from dealing with Nida was horrible. Viv was a wonderful communicator and listened carefully to what we wanted. She was quick and prompt in delivering versions of each item and updating them with our feedback. I was very impressed with the team's creativity and ability to help re-create concepts I found on Pinterest. In particular, they made a giant 3x9 foot scroll for our seating chart that we hung in a tree to create an old-world, fairytale feel for the reception, as well as unique red wax seals on a trifold wedding menu to evoke a "secret note" feel for guests at dinner. She also worked with us to incorporate artwork by my grandfather, who recently passed, into the wedding ceremony program. Overall, I found the pricing to be reasonable and the team to be great thought partners for bringing our creative visions to life!
