The vase that was used was some kind of ceramic, which was great to see as I was unsure if it would be a paper / disposable container. The ratings of this business did not disappoint and I honestly used Yelp to quickly search up a nearby well reviewed florist and just trusted other users on the fulfillment of this order. Needed to send a small floral arrangement to someone in Irvine and the closest Yelp florist we were interested in was in Tustin (close to where we wanted the bouquet delivered to). Recent Yelp reviews looked good so we took a chance and ordered online (since we are in Hawaii). Asked for a photo of the arrangement in special requests. We ordered it in the evening after the florist was closed and at 2:24 PDT the next day we got a text message and photo from the recipients! Speedy delivery - this florist opens at 8am and the arrangement was delivered in less than 7 hours. We were very happy. I also received email confirmations (didn't want a text) that the arrangement was delivered and another with a "BloomSnap" (photo) of the arrangement as requested. I liked that they took the photo on a wooden stool so we could even see the size (which was as expected). We thought the delivery cost was reasonable ; but we don't get flowers delivered very often so we are inexperienced in this area.) all together, we thought the total cost was reasonable for the arrangement, freshness of the flowers, and same day delivery. I received flowers from here from my husband for our 8 year wedding anniversary. While I was touched by my husband's thoughtfulness, I have to say I was disappointed in the quality of the flowers I received. Some of the flowers had been squashed and bruised, showing some discoloration. One sad bloom was hanging by a thread and popped off when I touched it. One leaf even had a big chunk ripped out of it! It's a shame that the bouquet didn't do justice to my husband's thoughtfulness.
