After purchasing over 100$ worth of items, they proceeded to wrap them talking to each other and acting as if I wasn't a customer standing across the desk. As a mature (at least in age) woman, I know that I can find age appropriate clothing here which is of the highest quality and stylish as well. The accessories are fabulous. I was encouraged to take it in the bag "to keep it flat." When I arrived home, I noticed a damaged area on the front of the top (sold as a "vintage t-shirt"). I returned it but was provided with an excuse about why it would be damaged. I was also only given the open of a store credit. With a purchase of almost $100, I would have liked a credit card refund. When questioned, I was told, "That's just how we have always done it." The store employee followed up by asking if I needed a particular product that they sell. No apology at all. In all honesty, I wouldn't have returned to this store without the credit. So there's that.
