How can you claim to clean vents when you don't even put the snake plunger in the vent. It's the simplest and easiest job in the world. I used a coat hanger to pull it ouT grabbing the head of it from the hole In The ceiling. You could've burned down their house by starting and electrical fire or ripped the electric cables out of the breaker. I bet you were pulling hard because the cables were pulled into the truss behind the head of the snake. I pulled the head to the hole in ceiling by door. Look two reviews down. Ashley M.
