I paid in advance for services as part of my treatment plan that was estimated that my insurance wouldn't cover. After my first visit I was not impressed but decided to give them another try since I had prepaid for my services. After my next visit I knew this was not a place I wanted to continue my services. I emailed the office manager and expressed my concerns and requested a refund for future services. I was met with resistance and no resolution. It feels very misleading and unprofessional to keep being told different reasons for holding more than $2k in funds. They are sticking to my insurance is still pending even after I called with the insurance company on the line that confirmed all claims had been paid AND sent them copies of the EOBs. The level of customer service from the doctors and staff was unacceptable. There was a clear lack of communication, professionalism, and concern for patient care. I did not feel valued as a patient at all. Dental care is something people trust providers with, and unfortunately, that trust was not respected here. I strongly encourage anyone considering Aspen Dental to do their research and proceed with caution. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!

Unfortunately, they failed miserably in providing the sole purpose of my visit; new dentures. They failed to deliver after 3 seperate attempts. I lost time and money. I missed out on attending family reunions, a multi generation photo ops. Not to mention the opportunity to enjoy legacy meals. The Dentist apologized. It kept falling out when the hygienist was attempting to put it in. The dentist was standing in the hallway listening to the conversation between the hygienist and my relative, but she never came in to check on my relative. My relative was charged $5000 out of pocket with a bridge that doesn't fit. Turtle Creek refuses to fix the bridge and is charging my relative for the full amount for incompetent, unsatisfactory services. I'm going to suggest to my relative to file a medical malpractice suit. UNLESS YOU PREFER INCOMPETENT INFERIOR SERVICE STEER CLEAR OF THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!
