Per insurance company- bite wings only need to be done once a year which is why they only cover them one time a year. then they proceeded to charge us for something our insurance doesn't cover at all. Per insurance company- it is their job to check benefits prior to any treatment. - they did not tell me they were doing anything that was not covered.
