My fiancé and I were in Harrisonburg, VA for a wedding in which he was a groomsman. We drove all the way from NYC before we realized that I had left his tux back in our apartment. That was at 4:25pm on Friday night, right before the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding was Saturday at 5pm. I called Classic Tuxedo in a panic, explaining that we needed an emergency tux. Brian answered and calmly said, "no problem, we can do that" and offered to stay open past 6 if we weren't able to make it before. Luckily we were right down the road so we went over to Classic Tuxedo where they immediately assuaged our fears by being incredibly helpful and affordable with absolutely no surcharge on emergency / last minute pricing. Evan assisted us - my fiancé showed him the photo of the tux everyone was wearing and he put together the perfect set for us that matched exactly. He also suggested a few things to make the tux more comfortable and just was a terrific help. By 5:30pm that day, we walked out of Classic Tuxedo with a perfect tux and everything we needed along with it. It doesn't even end there. Classic Tuxedo is closed on Sundays and we were heading back to NYC on Sunday. When we explained this to Evan, he offered to come into the store on his day off, Sunday, just to meet us so we could drop off the tux. I can't say enough positive things about how this team worked to make us comfortable (in a pretty nerve wracking situation!), and went out of their way and above and beyond to make things easy for us. Thank you SO much Kevin, Brian, and Evan! You saved our weekend!!!!

Anna is a misleading, dishonest saleswoman. Anna does not state on any of the receipts that the purchase was final, and therefore the proper customer service aspect of business would most certainly be to refund us. The dress was bought the same day the refund was requested, and yet Anna spoke over me on the phone, belittled myself and my daughter, and when she raised her voice and I thus reciproctaed, she hung up on me not once, but twice. I am utterly appalled at her behavior as a community business. She is uncouth, lacking in forth righteousness and my daughter now is A. out of money, B. out of a prom dress, and C. cannot attend prom due to the aforementioned. My child is 17. Anna, you should be ashamed of yourself!

They have a big variety of quality fabrics to chose for your next project. This store is well organized and has very knowledgeable sales staff. I wanted to buy a pattern for one of their display quilts. Unfortunately, they were sold out but the sales associate took the time to look on her computer and find me the name and designer, so I could purchase it online. She also gave me permission to take a picture of the quilt, which sometimes, other shops won't allow that. I found 2 quick and easy quilt kits to purchase that they had put together with their own patterns. I am from out of state, but would recommend that any quilter stop by. Local quilters are fortunate to have this resource.

Having narrowed down what I was looking for shirt wise it wasn't hard to spot the brands I had just snagged without having to try them on. Found three more shirts here and made my way to the gauntlet. I made it through there without being tempted to grab an item that was not needed. The girl working the register looked like she had already seen enough for the day and it wasn't even noon. She was pleasant to me and swear she gave me the biggest bag possible, which was appreciated since I did by some big baking pans.
