I have years of experience in the insurance industry, with both Allstate and Homesite, so I can definitely tell when someone is a subject matter expert. By switching my car insurance from Progressive to State Farm I am saving over $80 a month with higher coverage, and I am saving $600 a year on my Condo insurance. Even if the prices had been similar I still would have switched simply based on the excellent service provided by Anita and the ability to actually speak to or visit their local office. I had pretty much given up on the idea of ever receiving quality service again, but Anita renewed my faith and I couldn't be happier. For those of you who live in Newport News or Hampton, I can assure you it is worth the 10 minutes from the corner of Jefferson and Mercury so don't let the Carrollton address keep you away. Sherry Vincent's office is right around the corner from my house so I called and PAM WARD answered the phone. The process was so easy, I just gave her my VIN numbers from my Geico cards, she asked a few more questions and BAM.. just like that, multi vehicle and my home owners all through State Farm and my car insurance is $120 cheaper a month than I was paying after 7 years with the other place and I have all the same coverage. Instead of a apology to a loyal client, I was given the excuse that no one has ever had an issue with TOM. I highly doubt it. No effort was made to keep me as a client.
