At this point for weeks you've been working with person A. Well they send in person B to handle your signing. Person B is a used car salesman that rushes through every document and gets annoyed when you question the docs. But you sign and leave. But that is when the real quest begins. Then they call you at 4pm (they close at 5) to tell you that they forgot a document and you have to come back. Fine, you make it work and drive another 30 mins. They tell you to come back between 3 and 5 the following day for your check. The next day you show up at 3 and they tell you "oh, we don't have your check" and that you'll have to come back tomorrow. You ask to speak to person A and she shows up and tells you she will personally call you the next day when your check is ready. But you've now wasted $50 worth of gas because they can't get their stuff together or communicate properly. The next day comes and you get an email, NOT a phone call, that your check is "up front". You arrive to get your check but it's not up front so you end up waiting. You then have to ask for a copy of all the documents that you were told you would be sent but weren't. Avoid at ALL costs.

Sherry Vincent's office is right around the corner from my house so I called and PAM WARD answered the phone. The process was so easy, I just gave her my VIN numbers from my Geico cards, she asked a few more questions and BAM.. just like that, multi vehicle and my home owners all through State Farm and my car insurance is $120 cheaper a month than I was paying after 7 years with the other place and I have all the same coverage.
