You never feel rushed but they seem to always be on time. When you're trying to get appointments completed with kids and get them back to school, being able to count on everything being timely and efficient is critical. I was so happy with my experience as a parent of two kids in braces, I decided to take the leap and become a patient. I had terrible TMJ problems and Dr Knight examined me and suggested that my movement in my teeth (I had braces as a child) may be contributing and recommended Invisalign. I was reluctant to commit to 18-24 months of "adult braces" but I took the leap. Within 2 months my TMJ was completely gone (and still gone) and 18 months later my teeth look fantastic as well. I have a built in retainer and they were charging $80 per tooth to fix which was a GOOD deal I thought until I was proven otherwise. I have had to get this retainer fixed over 2-3 times now since I started seeing them. Last time I saw them it was in August 2024, the prices were still the same ... $80 a tooth. NOW I'm apparently a "new patient" and they want to charge me $450 to fix one tooth. How am I a new patient if you've seen me before and have my file in your hand? The lady I spoke to on the phone last week told me it was around that price still $75-80 but today they told me "we increased our prices since then". That's outrageous. They don't care to help, they just want more money it seems.

After all this time, I have been going to my appointment and didn't missed once and they told me that I have to pay a fee of $50 for those times I missed. I told them, no thanks, I'll go somewhere else that have more empathy to working nurses that prone to get sick every now and then. My kiddo is on my insurance and we both are PPO and my mom is on medicare. We will take our business elsewhere with empathy and understanding. If you have PPO, they will treat you better than if you have state insurance. Be warn!
