They texted me 2 hours before the appointment to informe me they had canceled due to Doctor Hanrahan not coming to work that day and had to reschedule. I got rescheduled for November 11 at 16:20. I arrived at 16:18 and the reception had two people ahead of me she spend 15 minutes to attend them by the time she attended me she said since it was past 16:20 I would have to reschedule. Obviously I will not. The hell with them!!!

After finding out my insurance was inactive (see my urgent care review), I agreed to be self pay and Kayla led me from a pediatric waiting room (very colorful) to another room where she took measurements of my eyes (for my fellow fidgeters there was no shooting out of air of flash of light!!!!). She was so patient and gentle with me, even as my eyes kept blinking during the tests! Then I was led to another room where Dr. Heidar came in to do the exam. I squealed with excitement when my vision improved just by adding a special lens . A new prescription later, The office provided my husband and I a discount. I will ultimately need surgery to correct my problem but the new glasses will help in the meantime!!!

This doctor was SO unprofessional , not compassionate, and couldn't care less about my son or our situation. He actually hung up on me as I was asking him if he could understand our situation...HUNG UP! I can't believe this guy is a family doctor. I never want another family to have to deal with this kind of ill mannered, disrespectful human. And all to a veteran family on 4th of July weekend.

In the past few years, I have watched as customer service has declined. It has become a cattle call. With my appointments being rescheduled (2 times). No personal communication. It has dwindled to the move them in and move them out mentality and it shows. I have decided to try a new place next year and see how that goes. I want to be treated as a client who has been seeing you for years not as someone you want to get through the service line. I have been wearing eyeglasses since the age of 4 years old. They are a part of who I am. I have spent thousands of dollars on the most fashionable, the thin lenses, the blue lens and more. I wear both Rx glasses and sunglasses. So disappointing to see such a popular business forget that the personal touch is what keeps people coming back.
