I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. Filling up a 30 cubic yard dumpster is something you have to experience to believe. (I helped a bit but Brook really did 95% of the work and a lot of the trash was quite heavy.) While the employees that moved us to and from our old house to our new house were on top of the move, the overall move was really poorly put together. A giant chip in our marble table, paintings / artwork leaving the truck without any coverings, wardrobe boxes being stacked upside down and clothes just floating, couch with a hole in it from being dropped, several glass, serving trays, cups shattered. I totally understand that this is a business, and there are options, but please consider using a different company. IF you are in a bind, pay for the better insurance. We had thousands of dollars of destroyed items with the total coming back to us at $300. I think that if we experienced any amount of sympathy from Boxer Buddies, I wouldn't feel so compelled to write this. But the owners did nothing but point us to the third party insurance company. We have moved several times, across the country with less issues than this. On top of this, they will offer to come pick up your boxes - we were quoted a different price 2X and the total came out to $500. $500 bucks to pick up boxes and the individual had the balls to ask for a tip. I set the trash bags outside my front door in the evening and by morning they have magically disappeared.
