When I returned to the house the next day, I noticed tiles had popped up in the utility room. I texted Jerry & the owner, David. David immediately got back to me & came to the house. He said in all his years, he's only seen this one other time. Fortunately, I had spare matching tiles for David & Jerry to put down. David did a great job matching the grout color. It wasn't Harts Steam Cleaning's fault that the tiles were poorly set, but thankfully, they are insured & can make everything right. David's prompt response really put me at ease. Filling up a 30 cubic yard dumpster is something you have to experience to believe. (I helped a bit but Brook really did 95% of the work and a lot of the trash was quite heavy.) Wow...the yard hasn't been as clean as it now is in years! We still have a chicken coop to demolish but will call Paradise Landcare back when it's taken down for haulage. So I can't recommend Paradise enough.
