You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. I was taking bids for someone to demolish the pool and clear the land including the pool house, dead trees, and the pool house. I got about 5 bids fairly spread. However, I was sold because of Jeff and Annette's personalities. They showed up on a Harley, patiently took a look around the backyard, investigates with the city for permits and gave us a bid that was the lowest. Once the contract was signed, Jeff always showed up early, clean and respectful about the neighbors property. It was fun to see him demolish stuff and watch the passion with which he drove those CAT machines. All in all, I am thrilled with the work they did and would hire them in a heartbeat.
