I watched the same brush go in the same bucket for 8 cars. However once through the wash, they were vary quick to jump in and move my truck to be dried. I was very happy with the time and care they took to dry my truck. Usually the drying is rushed because I have such a large vehicle. The guys dried everything perfectly. Also I watched for 4 cars and they got new rags every car !!!! Major bonus points in my book. Regardless of the brushes in the beginning I will be going back for sure.

When I dried it I saw the damage and went in to talk to a manager, just to say hey, I know you probably won't accept responsibility but something happened during the wash. They went out, took a look and made it seem like the damage didn't happen there because there are some scratches on both sides of my vehicle. I told them I'm aware of everything that's on my car, I drive it daily & spent the morning cleaning it out so I would have seen that damage if it had been there. Then they said it's a soft touch car wash & the only way something could have happen is if I turned the steering wheel, which I didn't do. I've been going here for years but today was it for me. I don't need to do business with a place that's so dismissive of its customers. I filled out an incident report but have little to no expectations for follow up based on their reaction.

I have taken my mustang to other Car Washes in the past with no issues. I am pulling into the main area and I hear bad grinding under my car. Nothing was wrong with the car before this. I open the car and ask the attendant what is that sound and what is going on? The response from the attendant was " he did not know--. It's your car". He looks under the car and sees the pulling mechanism is rubbing my frame and I have almost cleared this bad area. At the end of the car wash-- I start to try to get out and the car is stuck and my tires are spinning. I did not see any damage, but until I get the car on a lift to do a inspection, I am not sure if the car is damaged or not. I will never go back here. Car was not clean at all.
