No one on staff has intervened or said anything to him despite this happening repeatedly. I'd strongly encourage management to put a stop to this and shred those materials properly before disposal.

I witnessed him turning off the lottery machine and telling the other employee that he was doing it because people should be staying at home because of the pandemic. He told customers it was broke. Not caring that I was there and could hear that lie. That was the 2nd time I witnessed his disrespect for paying customers, so I go to the Shell in Prince Frederick to use my Giant points.
