My car was serviced at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria with certified Mercedes mechanics, as to which I was told, there are no mechanical defects nor issues with this car. I went back to have it re-inspected, failed again. At this point, it seems as though this shell is running a fraudulent inspection operation. DONT GO HERE FOR INSPECTION THEY ARE ALL CROOKS. I solely came here to purchase ice. In short, I should have went elsewhere instead of having to waste my time. Coming here, the parking lot is truly congested. Most times at a gas station/convenience store they have ice chests outside, but not here. The ice was inside a freezer inside. Normally you would most likely see the ice and it would be obvious where it is. But I searched all the coolers and it was kind of off by itself. Then, they only had two bags of the seven pound ice. I grab them, just in case I wouldn't be able to find any ice elsewhere. Go to the registers and use the self checkout. Take the ice outside and throw it in my cooler. I then prepare myself to get out of this hell hole of a parking lot.

It's located in between several neighborhoods, so you can imagine how busy it might get -- especially since it only has 4 gas pumps. Also, the best deals on gas come if you have cash, otherwise it's a 10 cent increase. In all the years I've been going, I've never purchased anything inside. But the staff have always been kind.

I told him his tech did that and I shouldn't be charged for that to which he responded that since the car was with me he didn't know what I had done to it. While I understand this, I still needed the front breaks that I paid for and didn't get. He was unwilling to work with me insisting he charge me again for break pads having only had my car 3 months ago. Total rip off, don't let these guy's overcharge you to ruin your car.
